Practical information
The camp manager’s instructions must be followed. If any doubts arise regarding the unit or conditions on the campsite, the camp manager’s decision is final. If the rules are violated, you may be expelled from the campsite.
Arrival and departure
You can check in from 14:00, when the unit becomes available. When your holiday is over and it’s time to go home, you must depart no later than 11:00. Payment must be made between 09:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure.
Upon arrival, you will receive a chip card, which functions as a key card for the entrance barrier, showers and toilets. If the card is lost, please contact the shop/reception as soon as possible. The chip card is personal and may not be used to grant access to other guests.
Quick stop
If you want a quick overnight stay without the need to use our facilities, the quick stop pitches without electricity outside the barrier can be used between 20:00 and 08:00 for a fee. You have the option to purchase shower access, water refill and wastewater disposal. Call for booking and prices.
Barrier and car
The barrier is closed between 22:00 and 07:00. During this period, driving on the campsite is not permitted. The maximum speed on the campsite is 10 km/h, and the traffic is one-way. Please follow the roads and paths, and respect the privacy of your fellow campers.
Only one car is allowed per pitch. Any additional car must be parked in the parking area. Electric cars, hybrid cars and similar vehicles can be charged in the parking area (not on the pitch).
Fire safety
When setting up your caravan and awning, a fire safety distance of 3 metres to the next unit must be observed. Electric heating in awnings is not permitted.
Open fires are not permitted (only by agreement with the camp manager). Barbecues are allowed on the campsite unless notices state otherwise. Remember to keep a safe distance from tents, caravans, cabins, etc. Disposable grills must not be placed directly on the grass.
Quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00
There must be quiet on the campsite between 23:00 and 07:00, and consideration and respect must always be shown towards your fellow campers. Music, etc. must not be audible outside your own tent/caravan/cabin. The playgrounds are open from 08:00 to 22:00.
Water taps
Water taps must not be used for wastewater disposal. Wastewater must be disposed of in the chemical toilet disposal points.
Wireless internet
At Marielyst Ny Camping, we have installed wireless internet on the campsite. The internet is free to use. To access the network, you will need to bring your own computer, tablet or phone.
We cannot guarantee that the signal covers the entire campsite. If your connection is not good, you are welcome to sit in the lounge by the kitchen or in the activity room, where you can connect to the network.
